ROCHESTER, Minn (KTTC) - Four downtown Rochester hotels are being sold.

Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. announced Friday that it is selling the Kahler Grand, the Kahler Inn and Suites, the Marriott Rochester, and the Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester for a total price of $230 million dollars.

In addition to the four hotels, the sale also includes a commercial laundry facility.

The sale is expected to close in January. No word on who the new owner is.
