EAGLE LAKE, Minn. (KTTC) - A southern Minnesota teen has been found dead, shortly after she was reported missing.

It happened Wednesday in Eagle Lake.

That's where 17 year old Hannah Gumble was reported missing when she didn't show up for school.

Eagle Lake Police were informed of her disappearance around noon.

About 2 hours later, Blue Earth County deputies responded to a report of a vehicle that had gone off the road, rolled down a hill, and stopped at the edge of the Le Seur River.

They found the teen inside the vehicle, deceased.

The Minnesota State Patrol is still investigating.
