Kasson-Mantorville High School receives STEM certification

KASSON, Minn. (KTTC) -- Kasson-Mantorville High School has received a national certification for its STEM education program in engineering and biomedical sciences.

Project Lead The Way (PLTW), the nation's leading provider of STEM education programs, certified the high school's curriculum.

Students from certified PLTW schools may receive college admissions preference, college credit, and scholarships at PLTW affiliate universities.

PLTW has more than 40 affiliate college and universities, including the University of Minnesota and Duke University.
