Cedar Falls man arrested on sexual abuse charges

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

A Cedar Falls man, who ran after school programs, was arrested Friday on sexual abuse charges.

Gary Alexander, age 60, is accused of sexually abusing a teenager for years, from age eleven until age 17.

Cedar Falls police say Alexander has put on fashion shows and beauty pageants and ran after school sports programs like "Gary's Girls Basketball".

Police say these programs were not school sponsored.
