Level 3 sex offender released in Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Level 3 sex offender has been released in Rochester.

Matthew Judy, 24, is living in the 4500 block of Glen Lane Northwest.

Rochester police said Judy had forced sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl.

Judy was released Jan. 3 after serving time with the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

A community meeting to talk about Judy's release will take place Jan. 14 at 6 p.m. in Conference Room 104 at Rochester City Hall.
