ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Rochester man pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
In his plea agreement, Christopher Talamantes, 44, admitted he had 600 grams of meth and about $1,900 when officers searched his home on Sept. 15, 2011.
Rochester police also searched his apartment on July 28, 2011. That search uncovered approximately 2.6 grams of meth and $13,748 in cash.
Talamantes faces up to life in prison if convicted.
