ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Students at elementary schools in Rochester are getting an early Christmas present.
Members of the Rotary Club of Greater Rochester are handing out 1,600 Scholastic dictionaries to third grade students at every elementary school in Rochester.
The students are encouraged to use the dictionaries for assignments at school and home.
The dictionary project is in its fifth year, and is part of an effort by the Rotary Club to support youth development with a main focus on literacy.
