AUSTIN, Minn. (KTTC)-Four people have been arrested after a shooting in Austin.
Police responded to the 700 block of 11th Street Northeast at about 4:05 p.m. Monday.
"We opened the door and we looked out and we saw another squad car over there," said Alvina Barclay. "They were blocking the road so no traffic would come down on this block."
Barclay has lived in the 700 block of 11th Street Northeast for 59 years.
"We didn't know who it could be or what was going on," said Barclay. "We've never had nothing like that in our neighborhood before. Our neighborhood's been quiet."
According to the Austin Police Department, one person was taken to Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin with a non-life-threatening wound to the chest.
The victim and three others involved in the shooting were arrested. Police haven't released any information about what led up to the shooting.
