Rochester bound plane has in-flight emergency

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A scare at the Rochester International Airport on Monday.

The Rochester Fire Department responded when the pilot radioed an in-flight emergency.

The aircraft emergency was due to a loss of flap control.

Fortunately, the pilot landed the 44-passenger Delta flight from Minneapolis to Rochester without incident.
