Flood damaged building destroyed by fire in Cedar Rapids


Authorities are investigating another flood damaged building that went up in flames Friday morning in Cedar Rapids.

Crews were called to the intersection of 2nd Street and 14th Avenue Southeast around 1:30 Friday morning. Fire officials say the building was boarded up and not being used. Investigators believe the fire was started by a person.
