ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Rochester man has pleaded guilty to charges for stabbing and sexually assaulting his girlfriend's 12-year-old daughter.
Dillon Caudill, 31, entered guilty pleas to a charge of criminal sexual conduct and three assault charges.
Police said Caudill was under the influence of meth when he entered the 12-year-old's bedroom on Oct. 2 and began taking pictures of her while she was sleeping.
When the girl woke up she started screaming and attempted to fight Caudill off. That's when police say Caudill stabbed her in the chest with a pair of scissors.
The girl's mother was also assaulted by Caudill.
Both victims were seen and released from the hospital.
Caudill is scheduled to be sentenced in February.
