ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Two 15-year-old boys were arrested last week after being caught breaking into cars in Rochester.
A witness called police after seeing two teens stealing items from a car in the 10 block of 36th Avenue Northwest on Nov. 21 at 2:35 a.m.
When police arrived, officers quickly spotted two kids that matched the description given by the caller.
The two suspects fled on foot from police but were arrested.
Police said the boys dropped stolen items as they ran.
After being apprehended, the teens were released to their parents but may be facing charges of third degree burglary and fleeing officers on foot.
