UPDATE: Man arrested after disturbance in Pine Island

PINE ISLAND, Minn. (KTTC) -- Pine Island Public Schools went on lockdown Monday morning while deputies investigated a nearby disturbance.

It happened in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue Northwest shortly after 8 a.m.

A woman told police her boyfriend and another man were arguing and a shotgun was nearby.

Deputies arrested Cody Haakenson, 24, on three unrelated warrants.

Pine Island Schools were on lockdown for 10 to 15 minutes while deputies checked out the scene.
