Haunted Hallways' did better than expected

ROCHESTER, Minn. (FOX 47)--  Results from the 2nd annual Rochester Public School Foundation Haunted Hallways' event was better than expected.

More than 7,000 people attended this years Halloween event, helping to raise a grand total of $38,000.

That's 20 percent more money for the Rochester public schools than last year.

Each of the schools that participated in helping with the event will receive one-thousand dollars for their specific school needs and the remaining money will be used for future school grants.

This event is an excellent example of what our community can do when we all work together - Thanks to the many businesses and volunteers who made it happen!
