PRESTON, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Lanesboro man has been charged with two counts of arson in a fire that destroyed his home.
Roger Curtis Rain, 68, is facing one count of first-degree arson and one count of fifth-degree arson.
Firefighters responded to a report of a house on Highway 16 just east of Preston on Tuesday.
