Albert Lea drug raid uncovers guns and drugs

ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KTTC) -- A drug raid in Albert Lea has uncovered guns and drugs.

Albert Lea Police Lt. J.D. Carlson said it happened in the 600 block of East 11th Street just after midnight Tuesday.

The South Central Drug Investigative Unit carried out a search warrant. Officers found firearms, hallucinogenic mushrooms, marijuana and methamphetamine.

Brock Eckstein, 48, of Albert Lea, was arrested for being in possession of a firearm as a felon and is facing drug charges.  Erwin Eckstein, 50, of Albert Lea, was also arrested for being in possession of a firearm as a felon. Lacy Carlsen, 34, of Albert Lea, was arrested for fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine.
