Student food drive raises more than 50 thousand pounds


Students in the Cedar Valley collected 50,300 lbs. of food for the Northeast Iowa Food Bank's annual student food drive. The six week drive ended Monday, November 12. 

The competition was broken down into three different school divisions based on size. Each division competed to see who could collect the most food per student. Cedar Falls, Hudson, and Valley Lutheran won their division.
