One dead and three injured after crash in Clayton County


One person is dead and three were injured after a crash in Clayton County this weekend.

The Iowa State Patrol reports the crash happened Sunday at 3:11 p.m. on Highway 52 south of Highway 128.

A car traveling south crossed the center line and collided with another car.

The driver of the southbound car that crossed the center line was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the other car was taken to the hospital along with the other two passengers.

No names have been released, and the crash remains under investigation.
