Man arrested after kicking man in the head

AUSTIN, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Stewartville man has been arrested after kicking an Austin man in the head at least 15 times.

The Daily Herald reports Spencer Carter, 29, allegedly knocked the Austin man unconscious and then kicked him in the head multiple times.

It happened Saturday evening on the 900 block of 4th Avenue Northeast.

The victim didn't know what happened and refused medical attention, according to Austin police.

Carter was intoxicated during the incident.

He is being held in the Mower County Jail.
