Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan spoke to a packed house at the Loras College Fieldhouse on Monday night.
Ryan was introduced by other Republican hopefuls like Paul Kern, running against Rep. Pat Murphy in Iowa House District 99, and Ben Lange, challenging Rep. Bruce Braley in U.S. House District 1.
All three had the same message - it's time to vote in new leadership.
Ryan specifically attacked the president's economic and healthcare policies.
At the end of his speech, Ryan challenged those in the crowd to find dissatisfied former President Obama supporters and convince them to change their vote to Romney/Ryan in 2012.
Ryan will be in Clinton on Tuesday morning.
Vice President Joe Biden is also set to be in Iowa this week. He will be somewhere in Iowa Thursday. No details about the visit have been released yet.
Democrats also announced Jon Bon Jovi will perform in Des Moines and Iowa City in support of President Obama on Friday.
