Police investigate sexual assault in Kutzky Park neighborhood

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Rochester police are investigating another sexual assault in the Kutzky Park neighborhood.

The assault happened in the early morning hours of Sept. 19 but wasn't reported to police until Tuesday.

A 24-year-old woman told police she was walking in the 800 block of 2nd Street SW in the early morning hours of Sept. 19 when she was pulled into a white van by two people, according to Capt. Brian Winters. The woman told police she was sexually assaulted by at least two people in the van. She wasn't able to describe the suspects.

The sexual assault happened in the same week police arrested a 17-year-old who admitted he was involved in three previous sexual assaults in the Kutzky Park neighborhood. The teen was in custody when the assault happened on Sept. 19.
