Dan Morrissey appeared in court Friday for a pretrial conference.
He's the father of Lyric Cook, who's been missing with cousin Elizabeth Collins since July 13.
A judge ruled this morning his trial to be pushed back to Nov. 13.
He faces several charges from separate incidents last year, including domestic abuse while displaying a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of meth-making materials.
Morrissey's lawyer did file for a change of venue, but they are still waiting for the judge to rule on that.
