ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Police caught three juveniles with stolen property early Thursday morning and one of them remains in custody.

A witness driving in the area of 23rd Ave. and Fox Valley Dr. SW says he saw three people breaking into cars and homes.

He called the Rochester Police Department and several officers, including a k-9 unit, responded to the call around 3 a.m. Thursday.

When the officers got there, they found the suspects and confronted them. The three juveniles had stolen property on them.
