High-risk sex offender changes address in Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A level 3, or high-risk, sex offender has moved in Rochester, authorities released Wednesday.

37-year-old Kevin Tyrone Williams will be living in the 600 block of 10th St. NW., an address that has been listed as his secondary address since 2011.

Williams has a history of sexual conduct with adult female victims and has brandished a weapon and used force, according to authorities. He has also broken into a residence and was known to victims.

A community meeting has been set to discuss Williams and another level 3 offender, David Hollenbeck, on Thursday, August 16 at 6 p.m. in Conference Room 104 of the Rochester City Hall.
