Sex offender to be released in Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A level three sex offender is being released into the community.

David Hollenbeck, 58, will be moving to the 2100 block of Campus Drive NE in Rochester.

According to the Rochester Police Department, Hollenbeck has a history of in engaging in sexual contact with young girls around the ages of seven or eight. He was known to his victims.

He will be released Thursday, August 16.
