(KTTC) -- A Byron man is facing charges after firing shots off his deck.
A neighbor called the sheriff's office just before 2:30 Saturday morning saying that a man was yelling and firing shots next door.
Deputies responded and say the 43-year-old surrendered his handgun. The man allegedly fired three shots into his own home.
No one was inside or injured.
Investigators say the man was dealing with some mental health issues.
He is facing charges of reckless discharge of a firearm.
