Sentencing set for man accused of threatening woman with chainsaw

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Rochester man is scheduled to be sentenced next week on charges he threatened a woman with a chainsaw.

Leroy Dombrovski will be sentenced Monday after being found guilty of misdemeanor domestic assault. He was accused of starting a chainsaw and holding it up in the air.

Dombrovski's attorney says he was acquitted of more serious charges of second degree assault and making terroristic threats. The incident happened at the Dombrovski home in the 500 block of 31st St. NW.
