ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Recent rain has helped corn and soybean crops hold steady across Minnesota.
The weekly crop weather report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture says 76 percent of the state's corn crop is rated in fair to good condition. Soybeans are 80 percent fair to good.
But the report is troubling for farmers in Iowa. Just 15 percent of that state's corn crop is rated in good condition. 37 percent of the state's soybean crop is in poor to very poor condition.
