ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Drivers using the Highway 52 intersection at Pine Island will need to alter their route starting Monday, August 6.
The intersection at the highway and north Pine Island will be closed as crews continue concrete repair work. Traffic on Highway 52 will not be affected.
Motorists should use the Goodhue County Road 11 interchange to access Highway 52.
The closure will remain in place until August 9, weather permitting. After the project, the road will be safer and smoother, according to the Minnesota DOT.
The project will cost $4.4 million.
