Former Albert Lea City Manager appealing conviction

ALBERT LEA, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Former Albert Lea city manager is appealing his case after being convicted of misusing a city credit card.

James Norman took his case to the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

The court has 90 days to make a decision whether to reverse Norman's conviction.

It was last year that Norman was found guilty on seven of eight counts of using the city's credit car for inappropriate purchases.
