(KTTC) -- A dog is dead and a woman injured after a drunken hit-and-run.
According to the Austin Daily Herald, the woman suffered minor injuries.
Zachary Olef Losey allegedly continued driving after hitting the woman and the dog, according to a court complaint.
Authorities later found Losey and matched the dents and blood on his car to the scene of the collision. He was arrested and charged with criminal vehicular operation. His blood alcohol level was .13. Minnesota's legal limit is .08.
Losey has been placed in the Mower County Jail on $35,000 bail or $5,000 with conditions.
