Trego man arrested in alleged sexual assault in Winona

WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) -- A man from Trego, Wisconsin has been arrested in an alleged sexual assault in the parking lot of the Walmart Supercenter in Winona early Sunday morning.

Winona Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams says Dillon Ray Desrosiers, 21, was arrested on a recommended charge of third degree Criminal Sexual Conduct after a 15-year-old girl says she was assaulted in the backseat of a car.

Deputy Chief Williams says the teenager told police she went to take a nap in the backseat of a car and that at about 5:35 a.m. Sunday Desrosiers got into the back seat with her, fondled her, and tried to get her to fondle him. Williams says the man left, but police arrested him when he returned to the scene later.
