2-1-1 now available in Mower County

MOWER COUNTY, Minn. (KTTC) -- 2-1-1, an information line and website that connects people with services and resources, is now available in Mower County.

The service is free, confidential and multi-lingual. You can dial 2-1-1 at any time of day and talk with someone who can help you find food, shelter, child care, job resources, health care, family services and more.

There is also an interactive website to help you narrow down your search and find the services you need.

"We are thrilled to offer 2-1-1 to the Mower County community.  This resource will be invaluable to our residents and providers alike" said Mandi Lighthizer-Schmidt, Executive Director of the United Way of Mower County.
