POKEGAMA LAKE, Minn. (KTTC) - A vacation up north turns deadly for an Owatonna man.
Robert Stoen was one of three people shocked Tuesday afternoon on Pokegama Lake.
Investigators believe an extension cord fell from a boat lift into the water causing the electrocution.
According to the Itasca County Sherriff's Office, Stoen was found unresponsive in the water.
CPR was performed and he was transported to Grand Itasca Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Eric and Cheryl Hancock of Owatonna were taken to the hospital in serous but stable condition.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
