ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- It's the second year that the city of Rochester took on Olmsted County to see how fast the participants from each could milk a cow at the Olmsted County Fair.
The cow is fake and is filled with water, but the mechanics are the same.
Rochester Mayor Ardell Brede took on Olmsted County Commissioner Ken Brown.
Mayor Brede won the contest last year. But this year the county took the trophy home.
"Back in my baseball days you'd squeeze a rubber ball all the time to strengthen your wrists, but when they said there's still 25 seconds left, can't be. Warmed it up for him," said Mayor Brede.
Since Mayor Brede won the event last year in its inaugural year, the all time standings are tied at one a piece.
