AUSTIN, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Glenville man will be sentenced in September for helping steal farm equipment.
According to court records, Todd Oakland, 46, pleaded guilty to felony theft and transfer of property on Friday in Mower County Court.
Another man involved, Titus Weedman, 31, also of Glenville, was convicted of felony theft earlier this month. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation and 100 hours of community service.
Court records say the two stole $1,600 worth of farm equipment northwest of Austin in late March and early April. Authorities say the items were located at Wild Horse Trading Inc. in Kensett, Iowa.
