Authorities investigate Owatonna drowning

Updated:

OWATONNA, Minn. (KTTC/AP) -- Steele County authorities have identified the teen who drowned in Owatonna earlier this week.

The Steele County Sheriff's Office says Diego Ortiz Larios, 19, of Faribault died after swimming in Lake Kohlmier Wednesday night.

Larios' body was found at the bottom of the lake near the dock.

The coroner's office says the autopsy results were consistent with an accidental drowning, and drugs and alcohol were not a factor.
