PERHAM, Minn. (AP) -- Four people had to be rescued when their boat became stuck on top of a dam near Perham.
The Forum newspaper reports authorities were called Wednesday night when the boat got stuck sideways on the concrete dam.
Firefighters dislodged the boat and brought the four to safety.
KBRF-AM reports the four people were from Eden Valley. All four were cited for no personal flotation devices.
The dam is at the Big Pine Lake outlet into the Otter Tail River.
