WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) -- A group of Winona High School lacrosse players is asking the school board to start a team.
Thursday night, the Winona Area Public School Board will discuss whether their informal lacrosse team will be recognized as a club sport at Winona Senior High School.
Lacrosse is gaining popularity in high schools across the nation.
