ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- An upscale Rochester restaurant has been cited for a liquor violation.
On Friday, Christopher Caffes, the manager of the The Restaurant, a Victorian restaurant on 2nd Street Southwest, was mailed a citation because his business was serving alcohol to customers after its liquor license was revoked.
The license was revoked on June 7.
City Administrator Steve Kvenvold says one of the owners has a gun felony, and he is not allowed to have a liquor license.
Kvenvold says there are also some personal issues among the owners that also complicated keeping the license.
