Canadian cash left at local gas station

STEWARTVILLE, Minn. (KTTC) -- Investigators are working on a mystery at a Stewartville Kwik Trip after someone left a lot of foreign currency in the bathroom.

Employees say $1,600 in Canadian bills were found in the men's bathroom of the Kwik Trip on Schumann Drive on June 6.

The employees have been working with the Olmsted County Sheriff's office to find the owner.

The case remains under investigation.
