Man who went snorkeling found dead in Minn. lake

WALKER, Minn. (AP) -- Authorities have recovered the body of a 55-year-old Walker man who apparently drowned while snorkeling in a northern Minnesota lake.

Cass County sheriff's officials got a call around 9 p.m. Tuesday that the man was overdue after going snorkeling in Long Lake.

After a brief search by deputies, the man was found in the lake and pronounced dead. His name was not immediately released.

An autopsy is pending.
