ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A man is facing burglary charges after allegedly breaking into a local business and stealing money.

Rochester police say just after midnight the alarm system at Watson Recycling went off and after reviewing surveillance video authorities were able to get a clear picture of the suspect, 55-year-old Andrew Tuggle of Rochester.

Officers say Tuggle broke a window at Watson and the connected business Pro-Image, and stole a bank bag filled with money.

Tuggle was pulled over on East Center Street a short time later and and the bag was recovered.

He faces 3rd degree burglary charges.
