New Chatfield homes qualify for free sewer and water hookups

CHATFIELD, Minn. (KTTC) -- The city of Chatfield is announcing a new program that applies to within the city limits.

The program waives the water and sewer hookup fees for new single family construction building permits issued this year.

It typically costs $4,200 dollars for the hookups.

City officials hope the incentive will attract new families to the Chatfield community.
