EYOTA, Minn. (KTTC) -- The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office is looking for witnesses after a homicide in Eyota.

Deputies say they responded to the Eyota American Legion on Mar. 2 after Jamie Unverzagt, 44, was found unresponsive.  He died the next day.

Trevor Lee Morten, 38, from Eyota was arrested Mar. 6 on probable cause of second degree murder.

Details of exactly what happened have not been released, but investigators want to talk to anyone who saw what happened.

The owner of the Green Door, Karen Larson, told the NewsCenter Unverzagt and a friend had been in her bar Friday night before walking to the Eyota American Legion. She said both men were kicked out of her bar shortly before 10 p.m., and then a little while later she heard ambulance sirens.

Morten is expected to be arraigned in Olmsted County District Court Thursday morning.
