ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A driver was taken into custody after fleeing from deputies in a stolen vehicle.
Jason Vold, 42, was arrested in a parking lot in southeast Rochester Tuesday after he refused to stop for deputies and took off at a high rate of speed.
The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office says deputies did not pursue him because they were in an unmarked vehicle.
However, we're told Vold was arrested after the stolen car was discovered in a lot on the 1500 block of 10th Street Southeast.
Vold is facing charges of fleeing an officer, motor vehicle theft and 5th degree controlled substance, among other traffic violations.
