Crews have already worked 10 days on the cities crow problem

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Crews have been working for 10 days now to rid the downtown area of crows. While workers with the United States Bird Abatement service said their efforts are working, we've received a lot of calls from viewers with differing opinions.

The overall goal is to move the crows to another part of town. Crews are using hawks and falcons, along with a green laser light and an air horn to disrupt the crows.

Heather Gast with U.S. Bird Abatement told us less than 50 birds are roosting in the downtown area at night.  Instead they've moved south, possibly near Soldiers Field and the golf course. Gast said as long as the birds have moved out of residential areas and aren't harassing anyone, they'll let them be.
