A native of Belle Plaine, Minnesota, Peter joined our team in January of 2011 as a producer for our 5 and 9 o'clock newscasts. He has since redirected his career path toward reporting the news. Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication - Broadcasting and a minor in Music from Winona State University.
When he's not in the field covering the latest news, he's in the field hunting, fishing, four-wheeling or just enjoying anything outdoors.
As a former Minnesota Town Team Baseball player, Peter still takes pleasure in watching a good Sunday afternoon ball game.
He currently lives in Saint Charles with his fiancee and really enjoys exploring what southeastern Minnesota has to offer. Go Twins!
