Winona men accused of throwing homemade bomb at house

WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) -- Two Winona men are in jail, accused of throwing homemade firebombs at a house last week.

According to the Winona Daily News, 26-year-old Justin Gillham and 26-year-old Mathew Stoneburg were arrested after they allegedly tried to light and throw a make-shift Molotov cocktail at a West Burns Valley residence last Friday.

The homeowner called police when he saw the two men throw the bombs onto his front yard and driveway and then fled.

Police arrested Gillham a short time later.

Stoneburg was arrested Sunday.
