Owatonna, Winona, PEM rolling in the state boys HS basketball rankings

ROCHESTER (KTTC/AP) -- The Owatonna and Winona boys basketball teams have much to celebrate this week, with the Huskies soaring to a No. 3 ranking in Class 4A and the Winhawks jumping to No. 4 in Class 3A.  Both teams have been on a roll in recent weeks.

In Class 2A, the Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs continue their No. 1 ranking, the only loss of the season coming in the holiday tournament in Rochester against Osseo, which is now ranked No. 2 in Class 4A.
